Speaking of the Boo, the Mayor advertises on the TV the YMCA Bernie Hargadon Memorial race. Bernie was a good guy and this type of thing is always good for a community. But why was the kick off party held at Leggio's in Wilkes Barre Twp. last night instead of a place in downtown Wilkes Barre. You have to believe totally, not selectively. Couldn't find a place in the downtown with all those welfare tax breaks you gave the new businsess there?
