WILKES BARRE AREA "FOOL" BOARD!
2 MILLION BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN

The Wilkes Barre Area School Board has spent 2 million dollars on trying to build a high school. The Times Leader reported that The Wilkes-Barre Area School Board has approved payment of more than $2.15 million to its “design team” since May 2014, nearly all of it directly or indirectly related to the planned consolidated high school, according to district records.
Critics of the plan regularly inquire at board meetings how much the team of four local firms — A&E Group, Borton Lawson, WKL Architecture and Leonard Engineering — has received, citing the lack of visible results.
You have to see this article from Mark Guydish regarding the spending.

By the way, all this money and NO SCHOOL.
NO LAND.
Good job guys.
When half of the Wilkes Bare Home Owners wind up in public housing, we’ll send you thank you notes!

WHICH IS WHY…………
Property Tax Reform in Pennsylvania is extremely important. HB 76 and SB 76, The Property Tax Independence Act is a solution that makes sense for Pennsylvania. Here’s that link:
