WAGNER TOWN HALL MEETING LAST NIGHT IN THE LAC

Republican candidate for Governor Scott Wagner met with concerned citizens last night at Lackawanna College. In a packed room, Wagner articulated his plans for Pennsylvania. The big take away from the meeting was that Wagner, as Governor would work for Property Tax Reform and make it a top priority.

LOU BARLETTA APPLAUDS NOMINATION OF JUDGE BRETT KAVANAUGH TO SUPREME COURT

Congressman Lou Barletta, Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, released the following statement regarding President Donald Trump's nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States:
“I applaud President Donald Trump for nominating Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Judge Kavanaugh is one of the nation’s most respected conservative legal minds and has a strong record of respecting the rule of law, as laid out by the Constitution. This process was transparent from the start, with the President releasing a list of potential nominees to be fully vetted by the American people. My friend, Pennsylvania’s own Judge Thomas Hardiman, was on that list and is another outstanding jurist who also would have made an excellent pick. Judge Kavanaugh is well qualified to serve on the Supreme Court and the Senate should move to confirm him without delay. I fully support the President’s choice.” (Barletta office).
