STANDING WITH ISRAEL

 

In 1973 the Arab/Israeli war was between two standing armies. This weekend Israel was attacked by terrorists. The rules of engagement, the taking of hostages, the threats to kill them is terrorism.

A conventional war takes POWs fighting in that war who were monitored for safety.  Not summarily killed at a music festival.

This is not only Israel's 911 but OURS.

We must stand with our Jewish communities in this country and call this for what it is: terrorism as bad as Bin Laden. Or worse.

We also need to ignore the nonsense from the far right and WILK's Mid-Morning Mussolini who blame Biden, Pelosi and the Iran money which was only released last week BECAUSE IT WAS THEIRS AS PART OF SANCTIONS.

To hear the right talk, this entire operation was concocted in 48 hours after Iran's money was released. Wrong.

The focus now should be is clear cut and aid to still another country that was attacked in the middle of the night on a Sabbath by ignorant thugs. Without provocation. 

 It is true that the Prime Minister has had his faults. Many say he has been too hard on the people in the designated areas but with no homeland. Every story has two sides. But that-right is forfeited  when killed mothers have babies pulled from their wombs and others were decapitated just for shits and giggles by terrorists.  These are not people, they are animals. And a dangerous animal must be put down.
