LULAC’S 5500

EDITIONS 

Today marks the 5500^th edition of The LuLac Political Letter.  It just seems like yesterday that we began this project.  The issues, personalities, the high and lows are all documented.

We started this blog when they were fashionable.  What we wanted to do was create a historical record of politics and pop culture in Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties so that every edition could be archived for historical purposes. I like to think it is a time capsule or snapshot of the world we are living in.

In Wilkes-Barre we covered three Mayors.

Scranton 3.

County Commissioners more than we can count 

County Council members see above.

Governors 4

Presidents 4

Congressmen 6

1 Judicial scandal

1 Judicial resurrection of trust.

and countless other issues. 

Our total views, 2, 409, 686 as of  6PM last night. 

Major platforms are Chrome,  FireFox and GSA.  

As we close in on this number of editions, we realize that this effort is only a small cog in the wheels that run the world. That stated many have asked me along the way the longevity success of LuLac. The answer is simple: We just keep moving.
