TALE OF TWO HONDURANS
ICE THUGS REMOVE HONOR STUDENT
A college freshman trying to fly from Boston to Texas to surprise her family for Thanksgiving was instead deported to Honduras in violation of a court order, according to her attorney.
Any Lucia Lopez Belloza, 19, had already passed through security at Boston Logan International Airport on November 20 when she was told there was an issue with her boarding pass, said attorney Todd Pomerleau. The Babson College student was then detained by immigration officials and within two days, sent to Texas and then Honduras, the country she left at age 7.
According to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an immigration judge ordered Lopez Belloza deported in 2015. Pomerleau said she wasn’t aware of any removal order, however, and the only record he’s found indicates her case was closed in 2017.
Her case was CLOSED. This proves Homeland Security lead by the dog shooter DO NOT know what they’re doing.
And GET THIS.
The day after Lopez Belloza was arrested, a federal judge issued an emergency order prohibiting the government from moving her out of Massachusetts or the United States for at least 72 hours.
GUESS WHAT ICE DID?
The motherfuckers REMOVED her anyway.
We are living in a lawless country. A federal agency ignored a court order. They removed a student from a major university who if she had graduated would contribute to society. Heer biggest offense?
She wasn’t white trash lily white so the ICE thugs thought she was de-portable.
PARDON ME? YES INDEED!
Former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez was released from prison in the United States, where he was serving a 45-year prison sentence for drug trafficking and firearms charges. Hernandez’s wife, Ana Garcia, said in a social media post that Hernandez was released after he was granted a pardon by President Trump. “After nearly four years of pain, waiting, and difficult trials, my husband Juan Orlando Hernandez RETURNED to being a free man, thanks to the presidential pardon granted by President Donald Trump,” Garcia said.
Trump and his entourage have stated that the President was “set up” by the Biden administration. Even though he was convicted by a jury, it was proven that he was the mastermind of drug dealers who brought addicted substances in this country.
So they said Biden was the mastermind of this conviction when all along the former President was characterized as stupid, incompetent and the worst President ever. To listen to them Biden bribed the FBI, the court system and the jurors. Yeah this guy was innocent as the devil himself.
This guy get a full pardon…………………and the college student…..the heave ho.
SLEEPY PIGGY PRESIDENT
THE LOCAL EFFECTS OF THE HEALTH CARE CRISIS
I am reprinting something from a local resident whose life has been turned upside down by the raise in premiums.
FROM YOUR BACK YARD
I'm beside myself.
How they can just do this to people. This is the cheapest plan my husband and I are offered as a small business owner. Oh yes, and there is the $9,000 deductible.
We were paying $410 a month. We finally got it to where we could breathe and not worry about an illness putting us bankrupt. But that's all history now.
In case you didn't look it's $1,703 a month that we have to come up with for absolute shit coverage. And if we don't have coverage and something happens, , they will take our business. This Is how they thank small businesses in America.
HEALTH CARE-THE REPUBLICAN CONGRESS HAS NO PLAN AND TIME IS RUNNING OUT
Americans who want to change their health insurance plans or buy a new plan have only a few more weeks to do so. For those Americans who buy their health insurance through the Affordable Care Act marketplace, their decision will most likely be fraught with uncertainty.
That’s because Congress has made little progress on a plan to extend tax credits that have, for years, made health insurance more affordable through the ACA. Without those credits, millions of Americans will see their health insurance premiums rise significantly — in some cases doubling or even tripling. The impact will be most severe in rural areas.
Congressional Democrats have advocated for an extension of the credits, but they aren’t finding much support from their Republican colleagues in Congress.
Why?
Unfortunately, some Republicans lawmakers have already said that they want to tie a vote on extending the ACA subsidies to further nationwide restrictions on reproductive health services. It is unfortunate that these Republicans are apparently OK denying health care to millions of Americans in order to push an unpopular agenda to restrict access to reproductive health care. These are two separate issues and should remain so.
BRESNAHAN SUPPORTS LOCAL FAMILIES WITH FOOD BANK DONATION AND VISIT
Recently U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Jr. (PA-08) and his team visited the Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank in Pittston to support local families and witness firsthand the critical services provided by the organization.
“It doesn’t matter if Washington is open or not: our neighbors still need support,” said Rep. Bresnahan. “I’m proud of our team for showing up, and I’m grateful to Weinberg’s dedicated staff and volunteers for their tireless commitment to serving our communities. Especially during times of uncertainty, it’s our shared effort that keeps families fed.”
GOVERNOR SHAPIRO SIGNS CROWN ACT INTO LAW, PROTECTING PENNSYLVANIANS FROM HAIR-BASED DISCRIMINATION AND EXPANDING OPPORTUNITY IN THE COMMONWEALTH
Governor Josh Shapiro joined legislative leaders and local business owners to sign HB 439, also known as the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act, into law. The legislation amends the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) to expand the definition of "race" to include traits historically associated with race, including hair texture, protective hairstyles, and religious creed.
With the signing of this bill, Pennsylvania becomes the 28th state in the nation to prohibit discrimination based on hair texture and protective hairstyles historically associated with race, ensuring that all Pennsylvanians can live and work without fear of racial bias in their hair or appearance. According to a 2022 Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) report, 916 complaints were filed that year alone related to racial discrimination involving hair texture and protective hairstyles.
"Real freedom means being respected for who you are - no matter what you look like, where you come from, who you love, or who you pray to," said Governor Shapiro. "For too long, many Pennsylvanians have faced discrimination simply for hairstyles that reflect their identity and culture - that ends today. I'm grateful to Speaker McClinton, Representative Mayes, and the advocates who worked to get this done. We're building a Commonwealth where everyone is welcomed, respected, and protected."

AL GORE CONCEDES THE
2000 ELECTION
December 2000
Vice President Al Gore concedes defeat to George W. Bush in his bid for the presidency, following weeks of legal battles over the recounting of votes in Florida, on December 13, 2000.
In a televised speech from his ceremonial office next to the White House, Gore said that while he was deeply disappointed and sharply disagreed with the Supreme Court verdict that ended his campaign, ”partisan rancor must now be put aside.”
“I accept the finality of the outcome, which will be ratified next Monday in the Electoral College” he said. “And tonight, for the sake of our unity as a people and the strength of our democracy, I offer my concession.”
Gore had won the national popular vote by more than 500,000 votes, but narrowly lost Florida, giving the Electoral College to Bush 271 to 266.
Gore said he had telephoned Bush to offer his congratulations, honoring him, for the first time, with the title ”president-elect.”
”I promised that I wouldn’t call him back this time” Gore said, referring to the moment on election night when he had called Bush to tell him he was going to concede, then called back a half hour later to retract that concession.
Gore only hinted at what he might do in the future. ”I’ve seen America in this campaign and I like what I see. It’s worth fighting for—and that’s a fight I’ll never stop.”
Among the friends and family beside Gore were his wife, Tipper, and his running mate, Senator Joseph I. Lieberman of Connecticut, and Lieberman's wife, Hadassah.
A little more than an hour later, Bush addressed the nation for the first time as president-elect, declaring that the “nation must rise above a house divided.” Speaking from the podium of the Texas House of Representatives, Bush devoted his speech to themes of reconciliation following one of the closest and most disputed presidential elections in U.S. history. ”I was not elected to serve one party, but to serve one nation,” Bush said.
Bush and his running mate, Dick Cheney, took office on January 20, 2001. They were re-elected in 2004 over Democrats John Kerry and John Edwards. Gore has since become a foremost climate advocate. He was the creator and subject of a 2006 Academy Award-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth, about the climate crisis. Gore was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.
Gore lost by a thin margin. He even won the popular vote. He didn't whine or cry or threaten to start a riot. He is a towering figure in history compared to the pig, baby crying, foul mouthed piece of crap that runs this country today. The foul smell on Tuesday......the lies.
And this week 25 years ago the number one song in LuLac land and America was “Music” by Madonna.
