IS BOGNET A RACIST?
During his debate with Congressman Cartwright lying, crying Jim Bognet made a reference to Black Scranton comparing it to a criminal enterprise. For this dumb shit’s information, The Black Scranton Project exposes our community to the historic narratives of the African American community of Scranton, PA and cultivates awareness and unity through arts and public history. Bognet lumped hem in with illegal activity referring to them as criminals and lawbreakers.
1. Like everything Bognet has said in this campaign, IT IS A LIE.
2. Bognet was called out last night at the Wilkes Barre NAACP annual Freedom Fund Banquet by Viol Amber who said “Lying, crying Jim” defamed the organization. I agree. Here’s what they do. https://www.blackscranton.org/
3. Bognet has down by his statement that he is ignorant of possible constituents in his own district. But like the Trump ass kisser he is, HE DOESN’T CARE.
4. Bognet by making this statement is a racist. Plain and simple. Maya Angelou used to say “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time. People know themselves much better than you do. That's why it's important to stop expecting them to be something other than who they are”. He admitted he is a racist, right up front.
5. Bognet also whined that Joe Biden was trying to destroy this country and that Cartwright voted 100% with the President. Here’s an example of why Cartwright has adhered to the Biden agenda.
WHAT BIDEN HAS DONE IN 20 MONTHS
AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN
COVID VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
BI PARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE BILL
EXPANSION OF NATO RUSSIA OUTFLANKED ON EUROPEAN BORDERS
SUPPORT FOR UKRAINE FREEDOM FROM RUSSIAN INVASION

HIGHEST JOB NUMBERS OF ANY PRESIDENT IN DECADES
GAS PRICES GOING DOWN

THE PAXT ACT (HELPING VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS DESPITE GOP OPPOSITION
THE CHIPS ACT DECEASING PRICES OF CARS, BRINGING INDUSTRY TO AMERICA
THE INFLATION REDUCTION ACT
KILLED AL QUEDA LEADER
Calling Cartwright a lap dog in Breitbart today
tells you that Bognet has no plan to make the district better if he gets
elected. Voters have to ask the question why they’d get rid of a Congressman on
the Appropriations Committee in favor of this baby Trumpanzee.
BANNON SENTENCED, WHINES LIKE LITTLE BABY
BANNON (Photo: AP)
Steve Bannon, former President Donald Trump's chief White House strategist and campaign CEO, was sentenced to four months in prison on Friday after a jury convicted him on two counts of criminal contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena from the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. He must also pay $6,500 in financial penalties.
Bannon was found guilty in July, and his legal team has indicated that he intends to appeal his conviction. Bannon was his usual burly pathetic self whining like a little stuck pig that wait for it, HIS LAWYER TOLD HIM TO DO IT.
What a disgraceful, cowardly piece of crap.

CARTWRIGHT ANNOUNCES NEARLY $1 MILLION IN FEDERAL FUNDING COMING BACK TO THE REGION FOR NURSING EDUCATION
Congressman Matt Cartwright (Photo: LuLac archives)
Representative Matt Cartwright announced $972,980 in federal funding is heading back to the region from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine to develop its nursing education program.
“These federal dollars will go a long way in addressing the national and regional nursing shortage,” said Rep. Cartwright. “This significant investment in nursing education and workforce development will increase the number of nurses, elevate the quality of their education and ultimately improve the care they provide to patients."
“We are grateful to Congressman Cartwright and The Health Resources and Services Administration for recognizing the need for new and innovative approaches to nurse education,” said Rebecca Stoudt, DNP, PhD, CRNA, Geisinger College of Health Sciences associate dean, nursing student education. “The grant will be used to develop self-directed learning modules that can be used by nurses interested in taking on an additional educational role as a preceptor or clinical instructor. Our goal is to make it easy for nurses to adopt teaching roles in addition to their roles at the bedside and to incentivize them to do so. More nurses trained as clinical educators will provide additional educational experiences for nursing students to strengthen and bolster the nursing workforce. This program will be beneficial for students and patients, and good for the improved health and wellbeing of our communities.”
The Department of Health and Human Services is a federal department concerned with promoting the health and wellbeing of U.S. citizens. The Department is also responsible for promoting research in social services, medicine and public health.gressman Matt Cartwright
CASEY STATEMENT ON THE CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENA OF FORMER PRESIDENT TRUMP
Senator Bob Casey (Photo: LuLac archives)
U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) released the following statement on the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol unanimous vote to subpoena former President Donald Trump.
“For over a year, the January 6 Committee has conducted a thorough investigation into the attack on the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Through public hearings, it has presented a compelling argument against the former President and his substantial role in the insurrection. To ensure it never happens again, the former president must answer directly to Congress, as well as the American people, about his role in attempting to throw out millions of Americans’ votes and overthrow a democratically elected government to stay in power. Our democracy is only as strong as those who are willing to uphold it.”
GOV. WOLF ANNOUNCES $1.78 MILLION
IN GRANTS FOR PRODUCING,
PROMOTING
PENNSYLVANIA BEERS AND WINES
Governor Tom Wolf (Photo: LuLac archives)
Governor Tom Wolf today announced the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) approved grants totaling $1,788,924 for 21 projects to increase the production of Pennsylvania-made malt and brewed beverages and enhance the Pennsylvania beer industry through promotion, marketing, and research-based programs and projects, and to enhance the Pennsylvania wine industry and increase production of Pennsylvania-made wines.
“Since 2017, we have awarded more than $12 million to projects that support Pennsylvania’s growing wine and beer industries as they explore research, improve products and raise awareness,” said Gov. Wolf. “This is an investment that helps growers meet increasingly complex challenges, provides higher-quality and better-tasting products, and connects consumers with Pennsylvania wines and craft beverages that are among the finest in the nation.”
Act 39 of 2016 created the Pennsylvania Malt and Brewed Beverages Industry Promotion Board within the department of Agriculture and authorized the PLCB to approve up to $1 million annually for development and marketing of the Pennsylvania beer industry. The Pennsylvania Fiscal Code also allows for unallocated beer grant funds to be made available in subsequent years.
The PLCB regulates the distribution of beverage alcohol in Pennsylvania, operates 600 wine and spirits stores statewide, and licenses 20,000 alcohol producers, retailers, and handlers. The PLCB also works to reduce and prevent dangerous and underage drinking through partnerships with schools, community groups, and licensees. Taxes and store profits – totaling nearly $19.5 billion since the agency’s inception – are returned to Pennsylvania’s General Fund, which finances Pennsylvania’s schools, health and human services programs, law enforcement, and public safety initiatives, among other important public services. The PLCB also provides financial support for the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, other state agencies, and local municipalities across the state. For more information about the PLCB, visit lcb.pa.gov.
Pennsylvania ranks second in the nation for volume of craft beer production, having produced 3.2 million barrels in 2021 for a $5.5 million economic impact.
Fifth in the nation for wine production, Pennsylvania welcomes more than two million visitors to Pennsylvania wineries annually generating more than $476.5 million in tourism revenue. The economic impact of wine in PA is more than $1.4 billion.
