1.       What do you think of some WILK hosts reaction to the Election results?

 

Predictable. Nancy and Jason were rationale but the Mid Day Mussolini was again name calling, whining about how his country was being savaged by left wingers, the same old mean shit. Then his callers weren’t any better feeding into the fact that a paper error was resulting in thousands of voters being disenfranchised. I think it’s odd that Republicans who called Liberals snowflakes are the biggest babies around. One guy named Gene from Pittston talked about how terrible mail in voting was and that fraud would happen because of it. This denizen of darkness doesn’t realize that there is a paper trail for every mail in ballot and the fastest way to a felony is to screw with one of them. But WILk enables these feeble minds with  loudmouths who are getting second chances to be productive members of society but instead are choosing  to be anti American all the while proclaiming how patriotic they are. The Election results are a clear warning that no one is buying their bullshit. I lasted three minutes with the Mid Day Mussolini and turned to my music flash drives. I check in to see if he’s escaped from Crazy Town, U.S.A. but he’s too deep in the manure loaded rabbit hole he chooses to call home.

 

2.       What did you think of the Phillies in the World Series?

 

I loved it. I thought they acquitted themselves well but it was Houston’s year.

 

3.       Thoughts on team no hitters?

Call me a traditionalist but I think team no hitters are nonsense.  You’re one of 5 pitchers and you get two guys out and get credited with a no hitter? Technically it’s a no no but a real no hitters is one pitcher facing 27 to 35 batters to be called genuine. 

 

4.       Heavy rain or light snow?

Heavy rain within reason any day. 

 

5.       Are you happy with the election results?

Yes it gives me hope that people are thinking and not being selfish about their personal needs. 

 

6.       I heard you on The River. Is Jim Riley a nice as a guy as he sounds?

 

Nicer and very smart. I think we converse very well together.

 

7.       Did you think the Fetterman debate helped or hurt his lead?

I think it helped. He had the courage to show up and tell his story. It was a hard watch for some but he did well enough for people to realize he was “all there”. If the Senate stays in Democratic hands, he’ll be an asset to making people’s lives better.

 

8.       What did you think of Bognet’s assertion that Cartwright voted with Joe Biden 100% of the time?

Like Bohnet, it was stupid. Unlike Trump, Biden had a long list of accomplishments.  Here they are:

Any thinking person would conclude, yeah that makes sense and it wasn’t a bad thing either. But Bognet lied at every point in the campaign and should not be taken seriously when he tells you he’ll work for you.

 

9.       Any thoughts on your Packers?

They were due for a bad season. No receivers of note and Rodgers seems to have lost his way.  Plus other teams got better or luckier.

 

10.   Who did you watch on Election Night on TV?

 

MSNBC, CNN, PCN, WNEP 2, CBS, NBC and C-Span at various intervals. 

 

11.   If you could loan John Fetterman what item of clothing would you give him you fashion plate you!!!?

 One of my Beatles ties.

 

12.   Is there voter fraud in Luzerne County like they say?

Nope. The Trumpanzees and right wingers are barking up the wrong tree.

13.   What did you think of the sudden resignation of randy Robertson as Luzerne County manager? 

Well it was no big surprise and it only proves that the Luzerne County Republican controlled Council cannot govern. They had a competent, passionate, credible employee in Romilda Crocomo who wanted the job and was willing to take it despite being treated illegally and unfairly by this gang of slobs. 

The temptation here is to blame Robertson but he has family health issues that are legitimate. That stated, I wouldn't be surprised if after the first month he had a "holy shit" moment and thought, "What the hell did I get myself into with these incompetent, misguided and breathtakingly stupid Council members!?"

The blame lies with one Council member. Lying, crying Brian Thornton. Thornton was the one who derailed the selection of Crocomo because he "had additional information". On what, or on whom, like the sick, impotent Republican party he kneels down to, HE HAD NOTHING!  But it was enough to disqualify a good lawyer,  good administrator as well as a good person in the tiny minds of the Thornton Trumpanzees who screamed bloody murder at the Council meetings. 

Am I coming down hard on Thornton? You bet. He has played with the lives of  Crocomo and Robertson, putting them in their situations because he thinks he is a "power". Think about this. What if he didn't interfere with the process. But he is the type of local leader given and entrusted with power who abuses it. He can't handle it because his default is to go to the extreme like the good little MAGA tyke he is! He screwed not only with the lives of the aforementioned candidates, but Luzerne County employees and Luzerne county tax payers

Now they want to streamline the process, shorten the timeline and make up for lost sins. I hope and pray the sane members of the GOP majority like Kendra Radle, John Lombardo and a few others keep the bully pig Brian Thornton away from the selection of a new manager. Thornton is as dangerous to the County Council as his Lord and Savior Donald Trump is to America. 

The blame for the Robertson situation lies right in the lap of the thug Republican power broker in his own mind, Lying, crying Brian Thornton.
