MEASLES OUTBREAKS CAUSED BY ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, NOT LESS VACCINATION

In what was a big lie regarding measles, Trump ass kisser blamed measles not on the impotent government of dumbass Florida but immigrants. Wait, wait, I though the immigration problem was FIXED by the Republicans.

Here’s the exchange.

 REPRESENTATIVE BYRON DONALDS: So, Floridians have an opportunity to see the real price, see the real cost and make determines about where they get their healthcare.

I think that's much more of a constructive conversation about costs and health care and trying to stabilize prices than just simply vaccinations.

 

MARGARET BRENNAN: Right. But that also doesn't address coverage for them or how they pay for them. But I hear you. I'm sure a lot of people would like to know what they're paying. 

But in terms of keeping people healthy, nearly all of Florida is below the 95 percent immunization rate for herd immunity for measles. So, is your message to Florida parents, get your kids vaccinated against that one?

REPRESENTATIVE BYRON DONALDS: No. Actually, my message to Floridians and, quite frankly to Americans is, the reason why we have seen a measles outbreak in certain parts of the country is because of rampant illegal immigration into the United States from the previous administration.

Margaret, before Joe Biden went into office, when our borders were basically secure –

MARGARET BRENNAN: What evidence do you have of that?

REPRESENTATIVE BYRON DONALDS: Margaret, we've seen the outbreaks in El Paso, Texas, in southwest Florida, where I live, and many other parts where you know that you have a situation, people have come into the country illegally, have not had that vaccination schedule. And not the ones today on young kids, that parents do have concerns about. I'm talking about previous ones, where people weren't even getting the measles vaccine or mumps and rubella.

MARGARET BRENNAN: So, you want them to be vaccinated?

REPRESENTATIVE BYRON DONALDS: So, the key thing is you, number one, you've got to control immigration into your country. So this lying piece of shit is saying the immigration problem ISN’T Fixed?

MORE OF TRUMP’S HORSESHIT

President Donald Trump’s insistence that his $600 million White House ballroom is justified because of the security upgrades it will bring is undermined by the fact that the complex already has a secret bunker, according to former officials.

The Washington Post cites three ex-officials who point to the existence of the nuclear-proof underground base as a basis for rejecting Trump’s case for proceeding with his pet project.

The bunker was commissioned in response to the 9/11 attacks and completed during Barack Obama’s tenure to keep the commander-in-chief safe.

He is spending money to have a cocktail party. $600 MILLION dollars while American struggle with health care, many go without and food insecurity. (The Independent)

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries met privately with President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner in recent weeks, prompting criticism from some Democrats ahead of approaching midterm elections, according to reports.

Although Kushner, who served as a senior West Wing adviser during Trump’s first term, does not have a formal role in the current Administration, he has remained involved in Trump’s diplomatic efforts in the Middle East and Russia.

During the meeting, the pair were said to have discussed housing, immigration, and the high cost of living as potential areas of common ground.

I just don’t see what Hakeem was trying to accomplish. No one can control Trump. On Housing, he screwed over his own majority with a successful talking point. On immigration the Trump administration has KILLED Americans, blocked any type of immigration reform, set up detention camp[s that are filthy, unhealthy and germ infested, and ridiculed the issue of high prices by mocking the concerns of the American public. And Hakeem, are you really going to break bread with a racist President who has incited and accelerated hatred toward people color?

The report comes less than three months before the November midterms, when Democrats are favored to retake control of the House from Republicans, who currently hold both chambers of Congress. A Democratic victory would put Jeffries in line to become speaker and give the party greater oversight powers to investigate the Trump Administration.

The meeting—an unusual instance of a top Democrat and a Trump confidant coming together to discuss potential areas of agreement—has drawn scrutiny from some within Democratic circles. (The Hill, LuLac)
