PHOTO INDEX: SENATOR JOE BIDEN.
IT'S JOE!!!!!!!
This morning word was released that Senator Barack Obama named Delaware Senator Joe Biden as his Vice President. Biden will play well in Northeastern Pennsylvania because he lived in Scranton until the age of 10. He was the youngest elected Senator winning office at the age of 29 in the 1972 election. From You Tube, a profile from ABC News.

Biden is a solid pick and a Scranton kid. I think he helps up here.
so the candidate of change, running against an old white guy who has been in washington d.c. forever, picked as the potential v.p., the person a heartbeat away from being president, an old white guy, who has been in washington, d.c. longer than his opponent. that is change??
Biden is a good choice with legimate Scranton roots. He is prone to have too much to say which can be dangerous, but overall
he brings experience and a degree of integrity to the ticket. If only to assure victory I wish it was Ms Clinton, but the potential problems must have outweighed the positives as far as Obama was concerned. Thats understandable. I dont believe the country can stand four more years of republican
rule. I'm voting for change and hoping for the best. As I always say, after Bush/Cheney how bad could these guys be?

You know what I'm hearing on the non stop coverage of this pick of Biden? People like him. This will help Obama who at times seems mysterious and distant. I see an Oscar and Felix situation here. What a ride we are in for.

We were hoping for "Bitch and Sundance" and we got Oscar and Felix. I apologize for sounding like Chief Elliott, but I thought it was funny!
Politically Incorrect
Biden is actually a scrantonian, unlike Hilary Clinton. I bet ya Biden knows the difference between red and white pizza!!!!!!!!!!!
I like Biden better as the top of the ticket but he didn't get any delegates. So, I guess I'll hold my nose and vote the Dems.
This is even better.
Plagiarism, a quick, sharp tongue and way more experience than Barracko. If I were a cynic, I would say it was a blatant attempt to attract all those folks that Barracko alienates as soon as he opens his mouth. Casssidy wonders how much worse than W /Cheney Barracko/Biden could be? Barracko may be smarter than W, or maybe he is just a better speaker. I don’t want the President of the U.S. getting on the job training. Again. I don’t want the VP calling the shots. Again.
I don’t think people vote for the VP. And there are a lot of us who will not vote for an inexperienced, arrogant, egomaniacal, platitude-spouting candidate who is obviously in love with his own image but who is woefully short on details beyond “Change is necessary. Hope for change. Change for hope. Vote for me. I will save you.”
