Many people ask me what I miss most about my broadcast days. Mostly it's the opportunity to play a song for someone down in the dumps or worried about something. The Luzerne County Budget hearings have begun and the Times Leader captured Budget Chief Tom Pribula and Acting Controller A.J. Martinelli wrestling over the numbers. That's my look of "Oh my God, I can't believe you're asking for some insane 2010 Budget number when it's evident that the County is in a terrible financial position. Don't you get it? We need to reduce expenditures!"
