VOTE FOR NOT MORE THAN FOUR


On the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the terms of Judges Jacqueline Shogan, Lillian Harris Ransom, H. Geoffrey Moulton Jr., and Carl Solano are ending. Judge Shogan, as a previous incumbent, filed to stand for retention. Judges Ransom, Moulton, and Solano are 2016 appointees who must stand in a partisan election in order to serve full terms. Moulton filed to run in the election; Ransom and Solano did not.
Carolyn H Nichols Philadelphia County is a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. She was elected in 2011 to a term that expires in January 2022. Prior to her election to the common pleas court in 2011, Nichols held a number of positions, including legislative assistant to former Philadelphia Councilwoman Augusta Clarke, assistant city solicitor, and deputy secretary of external affairs for the office of the mayor of Philadelphia
Geoff Moulton Montgomery County is a judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He was appointed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf in June 2016 and confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate on June 27, 2016. He succeeded David N. Wecht, who was elevated to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court effective January 7, 2016.

Bill Caye Allegheny County  is a 2017 candidate for a seat on the Pennsylvania Superior Court.. He previously was a 2015 candidate for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Caye was the senior deputy attorney general in the Child Predator Unit. He has also served as a law clerk for former Chief Judge Donald Ziegler of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and as a legal advisor to Judge Cynthia A. Baldwin of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Craig Stedman is a 2017 candidate for a seat on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Stedman was elected district attorney of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in 2008. Before that he worked as an attorney in the district attorney's office from 1991 to 2008.
