WHY THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION OF TRUMP

It appears that as the walls are closing in on this President and his defenders are trying to keep us all of track, we should remember why this whole inquiry started. At the behest of his son in law, Kushner, Trump fired Jim Comey the FBI Director. After that backlash, it was Trump and his administration that hired Robert Mueller. Trump did not oppose it and this was the Mueller work plan designated by the number 2 man in the Justice Department.
Rod Rosenstein, Trump's deputy attorney general, appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel. It would be Mueller's job to pick up Comey's most important ongoing investigation and provide Rosenstein with the definitive, official answer to the question that has been dogging the country and casting a shadow over the legitimacy of its elected leadership: What exactly was going on between Donald Trump and Russia in the months before the 2016 election? In his letter appointing Mueller, Rosenstein granted him a broad hunting license. In addition to the power to indict, subpoena, and haul witnesses before a grand jury, Mueller could probe beyond Russia into “related matters…that arose or may arise directly from the investigation.” He could prosecute anyone who sought to thwart him through “perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses.”
Rosenstein's letter authorizes Mueller to keep digging at Trump until he either finds the root ball at the center of the president's tangled corruptions or satisfies himself that no such thing exists.
This is not a witch hunt, has nothing to do with HRC losing, has nothing to do with Dems being depressed and not getting over the election (as I have been accused by my right wing friends), but about an investigation Trump and his administration started.
The chips are starting to fall where they may…in what looks to be a blizzard.

THE SMARTEST GUY IN WASHINGTON, D.C.
Nick Ayers (Photo: CNN)
Nick Ayers, the Georgia political operative who was the president’s top pick for Chief of Staff declined the job. I mean why should a young man with a political future step into the quagmire that is Donald Trump’s orbit. Everyone who has come into context with him has been tainted. Several of his aides expressed frustration that months of intense campaigning to replace John Kelly,  an effort led by Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, the president’s elder daughter and son-in-law, resulted in yet another chaotic staffing scramble in a White House splintered by factions and rife with turnover.
Two rookies, daughter and doofus son in law were clearly shocked when Ayers said, “uh no!”
Author Chris Whipple told The New York Times, “Why would anybody want to be Donald Trump’s chief of staff unless you want to steal the office supplies before they shut the place down?” said Chris Whipple, who wrote a book on White House chiefs of staff called “The Gatekeepers,” expressing the views of many outside the White House about Mr. Kelly’s job. “If you’re coming into that job, you’ve got to lawyer up.” (LuLac, CNN)

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS SHIT????

Eric Bolling from Blaze TV e mailed me with this foolishness.
CNN and MSNBC keep putting out these fake approval polls of President Trump to make him look TERRIBLE.
It's honestly disgusting. The media would rather see our country fail than let President Trump succeed.
I need your help showing them that their nonstop negative coverage isn't working.
For one of my next shows on BlazeTV, I'll be airing the result
Yeah...I'll be watching! NOT!

AS THE WORLD GRAPPLES WITH KHASHOGGI SLAYING: CASEY, RUBIO, WYDEN PRESS FREEDOM RESOLUTION WHICH PASSES SENATE UNANIMOUSLY
 Senator Bob Casey (Photo: Newsweek)
Remember when Diaper Don said the President never passed anything in his Senate Career? Well here is one that is important. Notice that the President was wishy-washy on just who killed the Journalist. Not Bob Casey.
Senators Bob Casey, Marco Rubio, and Ron Wyden announced the unanimous passage of a resolution recognizing the pervasive threats to freedom of the press and expression around the world.
“With passage of this resolution, the Senate has made clear that persistent attacks on the media and minimization of journalism as ‘fake news’ are unacceptable,” said Senator Casey. “Journalists take incredible risks to tell the truth about major events in the world, and face intimidation and violence for shining light on corruption and exposing abuse. This resolution recognizes the importance of press freedom for both strong and nascent democracies, and affirms that it should be a central pillar of U.S. policy at home and abroad.”
“Press freedom and freedom of expression are under assault globally,” said Senator Rubio. “This resolution reaffirms our commitment to promoting democratic values and human rights around the world, and I commend the Senate for reinforcing the vital role a free press plays in any healthy democracy.”
“My father was a journalist, and he always told me he wasn’t doing his job unless he was asking tough questions every single day,” Senator Wyden Said. “I’m proud to call on this administration to support reporters and journalists working to shed light on repression and to hold the powerful accountable. No journalist in America or around the world should face jail, harassment or threats to his or her life just for asking tough questions.” (Yahoo News, LuLac)
