Yonks would have been after the Founding Mothers while the Founding Fathers were busy drinkin and startin a government. The poor women would have been neglected and vulnerable and just ripe for a Red White and Blue charmer like the Yonkster.

Happy Fourth Yonki. Why do things, like even the founding of a country come back to "you"? There are blogs with personality cults but this is too funny. And I might add, too real.

Hey 10:23PM: No I do not have a grotto in my back yard. But the reason why we comment on this site is because we also read it every day. It has staying power because David Yonki puts a lot of thought into what he writes and why. And I recommend you pick up one of his books to really see how talented Mr. Yonki is. As we celebrate freedom, I think it is not only ironic and fitting that we express ourselves in debate about a blog, the blogger and the opinions of we, the people. America: you have to love it!

Well, we got detoured here folks. People who don't have a pot to crap in spent hundreds of dollars blowing up their yards. Relatives were nice to each other and we all ate and drank too much. Nowhere in the world but here in the U.S.A. did any of this stuff happen. And we have those guys featured in the video on this blog to thank. Long live the intellectual revolutionary. They gave birth to this country so that we the people, flawed and imperfect, could live in freedom. God Bless America.

One thing I have to say was it was a perfect 4th. A beautiful sun splashed day, great food and some great fireworks from Mohagan Sun, PNC Field and of course Kirby Park. I was surprised though that those fireworks tents mentioned on this blog were open all day and into the night on the 4th! Anyway, hope everyone had a great day.

Hey Popp....you never know when you're gonna run out of cherry bombs or M80s when you're blowing up your block on the 4th. A lad can only eat so many dogs, spit out so many watermelon seeds and drink so many beers. Run out of ice? No problem. Fireworks? Gotta have 'em. "Hey Junior, come with me to the tent, I ran out of explosive devices. Milk for the baby, awwwww, she can have some of my beer". Hayna or no!!!!

I wonder how the founders would feel about our involvement in foreign affairs, the U.S. President firing the CEO of a private company and/or the U.S. Gov't taking over operations of a private company?
The American Experiment is in fact over.
