PALIN LEAVES FOX
Sarah Palin is leaving the Fox Network. The move was announced yesterday and certainly gives you an insight into the thinking of the guy that runs Fox, Roger Ailes. Ailes was the man who helped launch Rush Limbaugh to prominence. He also took Fox News and made it the top rated Cable Network during the first part of the 20th century. But if the GOP needs to become more mainstream and less “scream”, this is a good move. Palin was great on camera. Engaging. Funny. But her off camera Facebook rants did not help her credibility. And even though it has an ideological bent, Fox needs conservative bonafides and not just free wheeling shooting from the hip.

Tom Borthwick will be having his kick-off for Scranton School Board on February 8th from 6-8pm at Kilcoyne's on Main Avenue in West Scranton. Donations will be $10. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.

It is amazing the diffence in appearance between a person who sees life as a negative and has no regard for her own health, Hilary Clinton, and a person who is upbeat and embraces fitness, Sarah Palin.
Borthwicks Back and he will keep coming back. Eventually Tom will find his spot and be around for some time. He brings much to the table including integrity and honesty. He would make a great addition to the Scranton political scene and the School Board, where he brings a unique perspective, would be a good place to start.

When did you promote positions and agendas rather than truth and understanding?
When did you start to "shade" your words for connotation rather than report the cold facts and trust your readers to decide for themselves?

Why are yout telling someone to shut up based upon their observation. The obeservation seems right on.
Condi Rice didn't walk away such a physical wreck from the office; Condi's daily exercise was even the subject of a 60 minute piece. Hilary Clinton obviously can't handle the demands of her current office, let alone the presidency, because she doesn't take care of herself.
A president's health is public record, it is obvious from all appearnces and recent reports Mrs. Clinton's health is not that great.
We aren't allowed to discuss someone's fitness for office on your page?
