TRUMP’S WALL
Donald Trump (Photo: CNN)
Presidential candidate Donald Trump said in his speech yesterday that he wants to build a wall across the Mexican border. The total length of the continental border is 1,954 mi (3,145 km). From the Gulf of Mexico, it follows the course of the Rio Grande (Río Bravo del Norte) to the border crossing at El Paso, Texas, and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua; westward from that binational conurbation it crosses vast tracts of the Sonoran and Chihuahuan Desert, the Colorado River Delta, westward to the binational conurbation of San Diego, California, and Tijuana before reaching the Pacific Ocean. (wikipedia.com) The U.S. can’t even fix their bridges, keep their own roads intact and keep it all cost efficient. And this guy is going to build a wall? And what of those people who need to cross the border every day for work like doing business with our imports and exports. But hey there are reports he paid actors to cheer for him at his event, maybe he can chip in for the bridge. To each his own, I’m sure there are people who will support him and this idea. But if they have a candidate that wants to build a wall, I’m looking for one who wants to build a mountain.
How quickly we forget how hard another President fought to get another "Wall" torn down so people in another country could make their bid for freedom. We do need restrictions and enforcement. We don't need a wall! Donald....You're Fired!

You've' gone from a few posts a week to a few a day.
You seem to be trying to get it all out. Is your health okay?
I like Trump. He's his own man. Let's see how the parties deal with him because he has tapped into the vein of the average American.
Trump brings a refreshing frankness to the primaries. I look forward to see him shake up the establishment.
I'm tired of the political class parsing answers to direct question.
Trump has the luxury of not being beholden to anyone but his beliefs.
