GLORIA STEINEM COMES TO WILKES BARRE

Longtime political and social icon Gloria Steinem came to Wilkes-Barre on Sunday, and spoke to a group of 50 Hillary Clinton supporters. Steinem came to the campaign’s Wilkes-Barre office on W. Market St. and greeted local Hillary enthusiasts. Previously Steinem was at a writing conference in the Poconos.
Earlier, this year Steinem chided younger women for sometimes not realizing the difficulty of paths taken by people of her political bent in the 1960s. Steinem has been a target of the right wing and I’m sure she wasn’t surprised when she saw the Trump track parked near the headquarters.

SPEAKING OF THAT TRUCK…

Scranton businessman Bob Bolus is spearheading the creation, funding and itinerary of that truck. But being a convicted felon, even if he is appealing… can Bolus vote?

I wish Steinem appeared inn the bunny outfit. She is still a fine looking woman.
I have always found her fascinating, I wonder if she had not been attractive if she would have had the impact she has had.
