PROPERTY TAX REFORM THIS MONTH!!!

WHY THE TIMES SOURCE SHOULD BE PENCE...BUT ACCORDING TO THE VEEP, WASN'T!
Here’s a theory on The New York Times Op Ed piece last night. At first, many pundits said it might be Vice President Pence. I'm going with one of his staffers. Here's why.
1. Pence for all of his philosophical issues with the left and center has never shown disregard for the country. He is a steady force that must at times be holding his nose when he is out of Diaper Don’s presence.
2. He or his staff has the juice to get the type of concession from The New York Times.
3. Words like lodestar and cold comfort are classic Pence lines.
4. Like Gerald Ford, Pence and his people recognize the danger the country is in. Ford during Nixon’s troubles defended him but went on many road trips out of Washington to not get involved in the turmoil.
5. Maybe the person who contacted The Times hopes that the Republican Cabinet of Trump will address the issue via the 25th Amendment.
That’s a big maybe given the reaction of the gutless Lindsay Graham who said that the President was keeping the economy going. Boy has he changed! Me thinks he’s bucking for the next shot at AG!
The President, according to multiple reports is going crazy. Quire frankly, that ship has sailed, came back to port, unloaded and is on the sea again!

SUE HENRY EVENT

The Sue Henry campaign keeps on rolling along. Tuesday the candidate had a fundraiser at Senusas' Bar in Wilkes Barre. A good crowd attended to hear her explain her views on Property Tax Reform as well as Opioid Abuse.

DEM EVENT SET FOR SEPTEMBER 20th

The 121st Democrats will have a rally on September 20th at The River Grille. Main attractions will be Congressman Matt Cartwright and State Representative Eddie Day Pashinski.

SCOTT WAGNER EVENT SEPTEMBER 12th AT WOODLANDS

Come and meet candidate for Governor Scott Wagner at The Woods. The event is free and starts at 6:30PM.

FRANK SCAVO ON THE MOVE!!!
Frank Scavo is making the rounds in his efforts to beat State Senator John Blake in the 22nd Senatorial District, Blake singlehandidly screwed the voters just a few years ago by being the deciding vote in getting the bill to the floor.

DIAPER DON AND RUDY’S DIAPERS!!!!

This President has done grand jonb at projecting. A crook himself, he urged supportters to lock up Hillary Clinton. A dumbbell academically, he downgraded Maxine Waters IQ. He reportedly told his “Lawyer/Ass Clown” Rudy Giuliani that he, Rudy is a baby and in need of a diaper change.
NOW THAT MY FRIENDS IS PROJECTION.

CARTWRIGHT AD

Here’s an ad from Matt Cartwright that takes on his opponent John Chrin.

MEDIA MATTERS

THE  IRREGULARS

The Irregular Think Tank Breakfast is a collection of free thinkers. With that thought in mind we are pleased to announce that The Irregulars Think Tank Breakfasts will resume at Irem Temple Country Club this Saturday, September 8. We come together on the 2nd Saturday of each month to collaborate and share our life’s experience with the intent of continued personal growth.
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and buffet-style breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. Breakfast is over when the last person walks out the door. Cost is $11 per person. We ask that you respond to this email if attending.
Presenters are a key part of our program. It is with this guiding thought in mind that we are proud to introduce Honorable Jennifer Rogers, Judge, Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, as Presenter. Judge Rogers has done a remarkable job in serving as Administrative Judge of Family Court and Dependency Court. She will be addressing one the biggest issues schools have to deal with on a daily basis – Truancy.

JENNIFER ROGERS
Judge Rogers has been an Irregular for many years. Although very busy with her never-ending schedule both on and off the bench, she often joins us for breakfast. Once each year she lends us her beautiful singing voice as leader of our sing-a-long at Christmastime.
One year ago, Luzerne County developed a truancy court that began hearing cases. The goal of the court is to intervene early and refer families to a program called PASS, which stands for Parents and Student Success. The program connects students and their families with Catholic Social Services to develop a plan for reducing school absences. It also provides a uniform method for dealing with a problem that districts sometimes approached differently. Truancy court help schools meet the requirements of a state law regarding truant students that Gov. Tom Wolf signed in 2016.
Judge Rogers’ message for students is very clear--go to school or go to Luzerne County Court. “What happens most of the time is that families accrue fines and sanctions but the child doesn’t make it to school. And so, the new model cuts away at that holding pattern that occurs and creates a much more rapid and expedited approach in getting the family connected with services so that they can remedy whatever issue is happening within the home that’s creating the truancy,” she said.
Everyone attending on Saturday will learn from Judge Rogers about this new law, as she offer us ideas on how we as parents, grandparents, family members and friends can provide the best guidance for kids when it comes to school attendance.
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to another year of The Irregulars Think Tank Breakfast on Saturday.

Hey Barletta and Chrin, what would you do to protect us from Crazytown? My guess: nothing. Nothing at all.

Trump should require that all federal employees submit to him their diary, phone records, and e-mails. Oh, and just to be safe: also their underwear. Can't be too careful.
