JUSTICE FOR MIKE ONLEY

After 5 years, Justice for my former and late co-worker Mike "DJ Moe" Onley. He was struck down by a random bullet back in October of 2013.
A great thanks to the DA's office and Prosecutors Jared Farrentino and Jillian Matthews. Plus the painstaking investigation (some on FB think investigations are supposed to wrap up like a "Law & Order" episode") work done by all involved is to be lauded.
First degree murder conviction.
This is small consolation to a life that had so much potential.....but at least they got the bad guys.

DA’s STATEMENT

Stefanie J. Salavantis, District Attorney of Luzerne County, released the following statement regarding the convictions of Roberto Battle, 29, and David Nealy, 37, for the murder of Michael Onley, which occurred in the early morning hours of October 13, 2013 at Outsiders Bar in South Wilkes-Barre.
“Today’s jury verdict demonstrates that sometimes justice is delayed, but justice was not denied for Michael Onley and his family and friends,” said Salavantis. “After years of diligent investigative work by multiple law enforcement agencies and county prosecutors, Michael Onley’s loved ones—for the first time—can rest knowing that Onley’s killers have been convicted and will soon be sentenced.”
Both Battle and Nealy were convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit.

Diaper Don got himself all in a tizzy because “Saturday Night Lie” was lampooning him. The President said that "A REAL scandal is the one sided coverage, hour by hour, of networks like NBC & Democrat spin machines like Saturday Night Live. It is all nothing less than unfair news coverage and Dem commercials. Should be tested in courts, can’t be legal? Only defame & belittle! Collusion?"
Ah Diaper Don, you are a REAL REPUBLICAN. You use the courts to not only hurt the Middle Class but assuage your itty bitty feelings. You sir are the biggest cry baby since the Gerber kid was fired!
