THE TARIFF-WIC SHUFFLE

AND TRUMP EARNS

HIS NAME

 

The Trump administration said Tuesday it will use tariff funds to keep afloat a federal food assistance program for nearly 7 million pregnant women, new moms and young children during the government shutdown.

The program, known as WIC, was expected to run out of money soon because Congress has yet to approve a federal spending package for fiscal year 2026, which started on October 1. The National WIC Association has predicted that the program’s funding would last only a week or two into the shutdown.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt announced the tariff idea in a post on X.

But here’s the hitch. The “tariff” money goes into a general fund managed by the Treasury Department. But the fund and all the tariff revenue flowing into it is essentially frozen until a bill is passed to fund the government. Congress and Trump could get around that by passing a measure designating the tariff revenue for a specific use.

The Trump government is of course saying that it is the democrat’s fault but let’s review:

1.  The GOP has the House, the Senate and the White House. Even with a ton of political Viagra we can’t fix their impotency.

2.  Since the last “clean bill’ in 2025 in March helped in no large part from the Democrats, the House, Senate and White House has not met even though the Dems gave them a budget. Furthermore, Pipsqueak Johnson sent them home on vacation.

3.  They rescinded money from a previous Congress. Who’s to say they will keep their word.

The pig clown President earned his stripes this weekend by putting up a meme of the hair died Porky himself in a plain dumping literally shit on the protesters who happen to be Americans. For a United States President to do something like this says the following:

1.   He’s a cruel, gross, slob and pig that has no impulse controls.

2.   He has no respect for the American people for sure but there’s something larger going on here. It’s a Republican thing. They get off on talking about sex and bodily fluids. Now with Trump, it’s into solids. Perhaps he’s relieving himself of the brown stuff since he’s so full of it.

3.   As I always say with Trump and his MAGA followers, ACCUSATION IS CONFESSION.

Trump has been called many things by many people. Now with this stunt he has earned the accolade he truly deserves:
