Author of the book "A Radio Story/We Wish You Well In Your Future Endeavors" and "Leges Vitae" "26 Rules of Life" and the new novel, "Weather Or Knot". The blog editor also writes various news articles and columns as well as upcoming literary projects. The blog editor was a frequent guest on WYOU TV'S INTERACTIVE NEWSCASTS when political issues were discussed on the national, state and local level. Yonki was a weekly panelist on WYLN TV 35's Friday Topic A program. He also appeared on the Hazleton, PA. station on Election Night doing coverage and did special projects and stories for WYLN TV 35's 10PM Newscast "Late Edition".

Not allowed to vote. I'm an Independent. Its bullshit if ya ask me. How about open elections so we can all participate.

Exercising my right NOT to vote. There is no one worth voting FOR. A lot of people worth voting against.
Election Day... In NEPA it is much like the movie Groundhog Day! Nothing changes.
Remember NOT voting is a right also. If there is no candidate out there that represents one's ideals, ideas and interests, One does have a right not to vote.
We often forget that when we are encouraging people to go out and vote. It is telling them to be sheep and just vote to vote, **** who you vote for just vote
Why can't an Independent voter take part in the process?How many states have open voter policies? Just because someone exercises the right to not affiliate with either party do they lose the right to vote? Lac Independent makes a good point. Its bullshit!
Independent voters choose not to affiliate with a party. Primary elections are for parties to nominate an individual to represent the party in the general election. Why should independents, who do not want to be affiliated with a party, get to influence a primary election?
If you want to vote in the primary, get a backbone and pick a party.
