NO, I THINK HE WAS A VINDICTIVE GUY WHO WANTED TO RUIN GEORGE BUSH 41. I THEN THINK HE MORPHED INTO A NUT. MADE BILL CLINTON POSSIBLE. HE MIGHT HAVE RECIEVED 19% OF THE VOTE BUT HE CARRIED NO STATES.
