HILLARY STORMS THE LAC

Clinton at Dunmore High. (Photo: Diana Stevens, Scranton Times Tribune).
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stopped by the borough of Dunmore Friday night for a rally that got her crowd in a frenzy when she sounded off on populist themes. She went after both Ted Cruz and Donald Trump and said what I have been saying for so long. Republicans have been shooting their mouths off about the slow Obama recovery. Really?
Consecutive job growth since 2009.
Obstruction of programs to promote job growth by a GOP controlled Congress.
Clinton spoke about the trickle down effect that led to the Great Recession that the Democrats had to clean up.
Clinton proclaimed “We wouldn’t have needed a recovery if they hadn’t wrecked the economy in the first place.” That’s why I voted for Hillary Clinton already. There’s two big loudmouths in this race. One is saying there are problems but has done nothing to solve them. And the other guy says he wants to make America great again. That guy I’d love to send to a Survivor type show in Bolivia and see how great he thinks things are there.

BY THE WAY
 THAT GUY….
IS COMING TO THE LU

Donald Trump will have a rally at the Mohegan Sun Arena this Monday. The event starts at 7pm, doors open at 4.

SCRANTON’S JOE ALBERT ON CNN
Republican Joe Albert. (Albert campaign website)
Former 22nd State Senatorial candidate Joe Albert was on CNN’s Smerconish Show this Saturday giving his opinion on a focus group the talk show host conducted. His opinions were solid and very enlightening. Of course he was next to two dumbasses, a husband and wife team that were frankly backs up my theory that really stupid people shouldn’t vote. The wife, when asked by Michael Smerconish who she believes was stopping her from saying “Merry Christmas” replied, “The government”. She should live in a country that actually does that. The husband said he was tired of apologizing because he went to a Christian Church. That I didn’t understand but both were Trump supporters and indicative of why he is getting away with stuff he says.
But our Joe Albert at least tried to save the day with some comments that did Scranton proud.
