WHO THOSE PEOPLE WITH THE SIGNS ARE?

Yep you see the candidate at the podium giving the talking points. And in the background you see supporters holding up signs, nodding in agreement and just providing the perfect backdrop for the prospective office seeker. They usually are cherry picked by campaign staff and represent a cross section of supporters the candidate hopes to represent.
While watching WBRE today I spied Tiffany Cloud behind Texas Senator Ted Cruz. Now Cloud is no Janey Come Lately to the Cruz bid. In the aftermath of the 2012 elections recap, after Mitt Romney lost talk turned to 2016 on the WYLN TV 35 panel if you could believe that. When it was Tiffany's turn on she emphatically said that Ted Cruz would be an excellent candidate. She believed then and believes now. Here's the photo.Tiffany is on the left.
