Governor Tom Wolf (Photo: Phillymag.com)
Governor Wolf announced the establishment of the Pennsylvania Department of Education Division of Charter Schools as an effort to improve quality and accountability of charter schools across the commonwealth. The office will assist charter school educators and leaders in setting goals to advance student achievement, increase parent and community involvement, and ensure academic and financial responsibility. “Charter schools play an important role in our education system, but that role must be accompanied by sufficient oversight,” Governor Wolf said. “Establishing this new division within the Department of Education will allow us to maximize our resources to not only ensure charters are being properly supported, but that they are being held accountable to taxpayers.” Charter schools are an important component in the State but it needs oversight given the financial situations some found themselves in recently.

HILLARY’S HEALTH PROBLEMS?
This is not Hillary's doctor, Gary Johnson's, or my Doctor!!! (Photo: Huffington Post)
So there seems to be a great deal of speculation about Hillary Clinton’s health. It doesn’t help that conspiracy figures are pumping the venom and the steam. GOP nominee is only too happy to weigh in. Fox's Sean Hannity has nearly begun a cottage industry on Clinton's health. But in this interview there was quite a debate with Newsweek's Kurt Eichenwald calling out Hannity.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump had a doctor give him a note of good health while the limo waited for the good Doctor to scribble it out. Dr. Harold Bornstein, in a four-paragraph letter assertied that Trump’s “physical strength and stamina are extraordinary” and his lab tests results were “astonishingly excellent.” ASTONISHINGLY EXCELLENT!!!! Well now that should make us all feel better.
