THE ASSAULT ON MUELLER
Special Counsel Robert Mueller (Photo: aol)
There are those who will deny it but right now the Trump administration is putting bricks in place to throw at and tear down the House of one Robert Mueuller the Special Counsel. Here’s what has transpired so far.
In a hearing with the REPUBLICAN controlled House Judiciary Committee. one Republican after another attacked Mueller and the Federal Bureau of Investigation as if the latter should be placed on a new compendium of subversive organizations.
Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio said  that if every member of Mueller’s team who was “anti-Trump” were kicked off, “I don’t know if there’d be anyone left.” The implication is that even if Mueller’s investigation produced unassailable evidence of wrongdoing by Trump, we should ignore the truth, because Mueller’s team should have been vetted to exclude anyone who had a smidgen of doubt about the president.
The reason for this GOP assault is that Peter Strzok, an FBI agent involved in the investigation, exchanged texts critical of Trump and favorable to Clinton with an FBI lawyer. Somehow, Mueller got no props for removing Strzok from the investigation this summer.
Only recently, it was widely assumed that if Trump fired Mueller, many Republicans would rise up to defend our institutions. Now, many in the party are laying the groundwork for justifying a cover-up.
lawyer for the Trump presidential transition team is accusing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office of inappropriately obtaining transition documents as part of its Russia probe, including confidential attorney-client communications, privileged communications and thousands of emails without their knowledge.
In a letter obtained by Fox News and sent to House and Senate committees on Saturday, the transition team’s attorney alleges “unlawful conduct” by the career staff at the General Services Administration in handing over transition documents to the special counsel’s office.
The transition legal team argues the GSA “did not own or control the records in question” and the release of documents could be a violation of the 4th Amendment – which protects against unreasonable searches and seizures.
My God this is all the so called Constitutional experts need to here in LuLac land. Bringing up the 4th Amendment for the Transition team that did its work a year ago?
The justification the legal team is making the actions “impair the ability of future presidential transition teams to candidly discuss policy and internal matters that benefit the country as a whole.”
Do these idiot White House lawyers really think Mueller was going to screw up e mails from anywhere given the spotlight that was on any e mail of any consequence from any source? Really?
In the meantime Sarah Prevaricator Sanders “We continue to cooperate fully with the special counsel and expect this process to wrap up soon,” Sarah Sanders, the White House press secretary, said Saturday.
Look for this drum beat to continue right up to Christmas. Then during the holiday I predict (hope I’m wrong) that Trump will move against Mueller. This is a recipe for lawlessness from the loudmouth who campaigned on Law and Order.

FIRED AGAIN????? SAY WHAT???
THIS IS A GOVERNMENT JOB!!!!!
Omarosa!!! (Photo: USA Today)
Omarosa Manigault-Newman has been a friend and ally of President Donald Trump since her appearance on "The Apprentice" in 2004. She was known as a villain then and about 10 years later reprised that role on the show. She is now out at the White House this week amidst reports she was forced out or thrown out.
Reporting tells us that racial tension with the President may have played a key role in her taking a hike..
According to Buzzfeed News, Trump's reaction to the white nationalist protests that broke out in Charlottesville, Virginia over the summer upset her. At the time, Trump seemed to sympathize with the white nationalists and others who marched in protest of plans to remove a Confederate monument from a public park. At the time, Trump couched many of his comments on the matter as pitting one "bad" group of people against another group that was also "violent" and at fault in various way.
The comments inspired many critics, but the report suggests Omarosa was particularly bothered. A White House official told Buzzfeed the former contestant from Trump's reality show "struggled with being an African-American senior staffer with all the racial incidents in the White House."
She joined his administration as director of communications for the White House Office of Public Liaison, spearheading outreach to various groups, including African Americans.
Many Americans of color were wondering at the time if that was the best Trump could do to have their interests represented. This REPUBLICAN Trump White House is a WHITE House. Trump may be leveling attacks on her after her book comes out though. Even after giving her a decent send out, if she crosses him with her memoir (which I know she will do) Donnie Boy will get his little itty bitty feelings hurt and release a tirade of epic proportions.
