This week we feature a letter to the editor regarding  authenticity and credibility of the new Congressman from the 8^th district.

CAN’T TAKE BRESNAHAN 

AT HIS WORD

Editor: When Rob Bresnahan ran for Congress he said he was not like the others. Rob said he would do what is best for the people of NEPA even if it meant going against his party. Well that promise did not last long. When it came to Medicaid, Rob said he would not vote to “gut” it, then Rob said his vote to gut Medicaid was just a procedural vote, and finally Rob voted to gut Medicaid.

Rob likes to use the words illegals and border security as his safe words that he thinks make him look tough. What Rob doesn’t understand is Pennsylvania has some of strictest guidelines for Medicaid in the country. So Rob made a few things clear. The first is you could not take him at his word, the second is he will kneel to Trump and the third is veterans, the elderly, parents struggling to get by, rural hospitals and nursing homes will all suffer in NEPA because of Rob’s vote. But don’t get me wrong he does do some things well. Rob Bresnahan knows how to stand up in front of the cameras with a smile on his face and lie and the other is trading in the stock market. Remember this on Election Day 2026.
