JOSH SHAPIRO ON LATE NIGHT

The Governor, Mayor Brown and me in 2022

I was very proud to be a Pennsylvanian Thursday night when Governor Josh Shapiro appeared on Late Night with Stephen Colbert. Shapiro talked about the violent attack his family endure in the Governor's Mansion at Passover from a Jewish hating MAGA pig, his faith, what he delivers to the Keystone State (even the red counties) and the stark differences between he and the President. Shapiro keeps his promises, Trump doesn't.

This appearance was met with wild applause from the crowd  (not all of them were Democrats) and went a long way in profiling him as a future leader beyond the Commonwealth.

WVIA PUBLIC MEDIA

AS THE PUBLIC RALLIES

This week WVIA Public Media and its members started to rally around the 60-year-old institution in reaction to the gutting of a previously approved allocation from Congress. Our esteemed (I'm being sarcastic here) lap dog millionaire Congressmen Dan and Rob COULD have been one of the deciding votes to keep this funding.

 But did they?

 No!

They sided with the whims of their master and screwed a station that reaches 22 counties of people. These two were ony too happy to participate in a debate that helped their candidacies but now they suddenly have amnesia.

In the meantime, supporters of public radio are trying to make up the dollars that Brenehan and Meuser stole.  I can only hope that these same supporters will remember what these millionaires did to them and vote them the hell out.

JOHNSON SHUTS DOWN CONGRESS

Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House sent his members home so they wouldn't have to vote on the Epstein matter. I guess he was afraid that the members would get crap at home if anyone had concerns about it back home. As id cutting Medicaid, food stamps and cutting funding for public media. Most of the cowards are using telephone town halls and won't face the public anyway.
