LUZERNE DEMOCRATS  HOLD FALL EVENT

I was very happy to attend the Luzerne County Democratic meet and greet Saturday afternoon in Plains.

It was great meeting up with Supreme Court Justice Kevin Diugherty. He along with  David Wecht and Christine Donahue  are running for retention. Millions of dollars in right wing money is coming into the state to defeat them with a NO vote. There is no way one should say no unless you want Trump judges in Pennsylvania. The Judge reminisced about his visit in June to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the Wilkes-Barre Bar and Library Association.

Always great to see Mark Bufalino, the 30 year attorney running for Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. Another person running for Superior court is Brandon Neuman.

I had the opportunity to meet him and he’s here with me and local labor leader Joann Manganello who is the Director of Pennsylvania Government Relations, LIUNA Mid-Atlantic Regional Organizing Coalition.

He’s also seen here with County Council candidate Tony Perzia

and Wayne Mitchell.

Former three term County Council member and candidate for Controller Tim McGinley was on hand. Tim is running  against MAGA's Walter Griffith,.

It’s not a party until the Democratic ladies (the backbone of the party) are there.

Here’s Carin Pienta giving me advice with Gerry B.

Here's Steve Coslett with  LiUNA fellow member Jake Hyder.

Thom Shubilla who is the future of the Democratic party did  great job as emcee. Representatives Haddock and Pashinski showed up as well as Senator Marty Flynn who was coming from the grand opening of WVIA TV’s grand opening.

Council candidate Steve Coslett, Chris Belles, Dawn Simmons Tony Perrzia and Denise Williams were on hand along with incumbent Brittany Stephenson. Here's an ad about these great candidates for Council.

Good to see Shubilla getting a little love on here. Candidates like him are what wins not the far left wing candidates. That's what Democrats don't understand.
