POLL QUESTION

This week's set of poll questions on health care was pretty revealing in the sense that the area is just as divided on the issue as the country. The exception is of course the recent Blue Cross decision to not fund Adult Basic for poor people. Here are the results:
1. Do you think people should be required to purchase health care if they don’t have it?
YES 50%.
NO 50%.

2. Do you think those opting out of health care should be fined?
YES 40%.
NO 60%

3. Do you think it is wrong for the 4 Pennsylvania Blue Cross organization to cut funding from the Pa. Adult Basic program in light of the surplus money all 4 entities have on hand?
YES 80%
NO 20%

NEW POLL QUESTION

SKREP'S JAIL TIME

Former County Commissioner Greg Skrepenak will be sentenced to do some jail time. His attorney said the Judge should take into consideration Skrep's role as a single parent in the guidelines. What do you think?
Should Greg Skrepenak, former Luzerne County Commissioner get a reduced jail sentence as requested by his lawyer due to the fact that he has 3 children and an ex spouse who is unavailable?

Last year the PIAA decided to allow Skreps son to play at GAR because he was living with a Skrep relative on Coal Street. So my Question is who is living the lie? Is Skrep lying to the PIAA, the Judge, his Atty. and the public when he said the child lived in WB. Again he has hoodwinked the taxpayers of Wilkes Barre into paying for his sons education instead of being educated in Pittston area schools where dad was paying his taxes. Is he the caregiver or is it the relative in Wilkes Barre. Fess up you big dumb lineman.
