Vice President Joe Biden comes to Scranton on Monday with a comprehensive agenda that includes a fundraiser for Rep. Chris Carney. Biden will visit campaign workers in the Carney campaign office in D.C. (Dickson City) and will get together with friends from his formative years. Look for many interviews on the local news with local geezers. Air Force Two is expected to arrive at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport at around 9AM. All of the events are closed to the public.
